Guillaume obtained his bachelor's degree in management from UQAM in 2007. He began his career at PwC, one of the world's largest accounting firms, before co-founding DV Consultation.
He holds several prestigious professional designations and has extensive experience in business valuation.

Jasmin obtained his BAA from HEC in 2007 and his CPA designation with honours in 2010. He worked at PwC from 2007 to 2011, first in audit then in the valuation, modeling and forensic accounting department where he obtained his CBV designation.
As a director, he led numerous valuation mandates in transactional, tax and litigation contexts before co-founding DV Consultation.
